I worked with the Programmer team of Residential Computing to develop an online helpdesk and scheduler system for students living in Berkeley’s residence halls. The system allows students to schedule Residential Computing Consultant (RCC) appointments, check on their connection status, and register devices.

I used standards-based CSS and TemplateToolkit in conjunction with the programmer team’s Perl code to create the application’s interface.
